Think about how Markiplier would've reacted to the more grotesque Slashers if they weren't removed, I think he would've been creeped out if he noticed that the miner Slashers have gas masks and those tentacles that move around. Just go to ArtStation and check out Ben Wanat's art if you want to see lots of concept art, like the Leaper concept art, for example.
